RegisterStream Master Data License & Subscription Terms

Operated by Kaeros Ltd (Company No. 13241516), London, UK ("Licensor"). Licensing registers are available to B2B and institutional subscribers ("Licensee") only. The database is hosted in London, UK, and distributed globally over automated channels.

Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, ingest, and use the subscribed RegisterStream feeds solely for its internal, legitimate B2B business operations, risk mitigation, and transaction origination. Any commercial resale, scraping, reverse-engineering, or onward public redistribution of raw bulk payloads is strictly prohibited unless authorized under an Enterprise Data License (EDL).

RegisterStream aggregates and normalizes raw public-record information and statutory disclosures (such as UK Companies House, HM Land Registry, the Office of the Traffic Commissioner, and US state UCC/permit registries).

FEEDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, ENTIRELY WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF COMPLETE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPREHENSIVENESS. REGISTERSTREAM DATA DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FORMAL LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, FINANCIAL, REGULATED CREDIT RATING, OR COMPLIANCE OPINIONS. ANY BUSINESS DECISION, CREDIT EXTENSION, CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENT, OR ASSET TRANSITION MUST BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED AGAINST AUTHORITATIVE STATUTORY REGISTERS. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS, LEGAL COST, OR REVENUE IMPAIRMENT ARISING FROM DATA ERRORS, REGISTER ERRORS, OR TRANSMISSION DELAYS.

All content, standard database schemas, entity-resolution graphs, normalizations, and AI classification tags are the proprietary property of the Licensor. Feed structures and records are compiled using:

• The UK Open Government Licence v3.0 (OGL v3.0) and Natural England OGL-UK-3.0, incorporating Crown, Ordnance Survey, and Royal Mail data as licensed for energy-efficiency or statutory tracking.
• US Public Domain and state-specific open records rules.

Subscribers must preserve and include all copyright notices ("Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0") where applicable in secondary views.

Feeds are billed on recurring monthly, regional, or annual prepaid tiers via the designated payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions are cancelable anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle, via the self-serve client portal.

Feed delivery commits to 98.5% uptime on API endpoints and automated schedule delivery (weekly or streaming targets), subject to third-party public API and registry availability. Failure to register within statutory windows is exempt from performance SLA breaches.

These terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
